I don't have an answer to most of those, but if you read earlier in the comic, it's shown that Kilana had run out of Ketracel White for her Jem'Hadar, so the Founder ordered her to keep them busy and content by... well, you can probably see what happened here. Anyways, clearly the Jem'Hadar are satisfied, so I guess she did well. Idk, I'm just rambling here.
