The way I understand it Deadpool is basically a walking cancerous tumor that constantly regenerates (speaking of which, shouldn't his legs and dick be all scarred and shit?), so if you just completely vaporized every cell in his body...

Yes he had terminal long cancer then did weapon x to hopefully heal him. It cured his cancer, fractured his psyche, have him unparalleled healing abilities and yes left his whole body scarred.

He asked them to pick up some food for him as they were leaving, so this means that he does have to eat food to live. And with no body he can't go anywhere. So he would starve to death eventually.

OK A batman uses gadgets Not guns and killy things. B. Spiderman isnt bulletproof. Wouldnt kill and generally he only won against deadpool once in the cartoon. IN which he didnt even manage to capture deadpool. Also deadpool easily beat taskmaster who spiderman couldnt defeat on his own. Deadpool also cannot die even decapitated. He just slowly gets brain damage. lol Also you cant vapourise deadpool his body regenerates too fast. Hes been blasted with every mutant marvel super power ever and still hasnt come close to dieing. lol

Yeah, I know Batman and Spiderman are not the type of people that likes killing but in a fight to the death all those factors of "I'm the good guy I can kill someone" are removed. There is always a point to where they can be pushed to where they would want to kill someone. And at that point Batman would be using his much more deathly weapons.

The "I'm the good guy I can't kill someone" concept was actually explored in some detail in the Spiderman story "Maximum Carnage". A serial killer got hold of a symbiote and became a supervillain named Carnage who wants to do little more than use murder as "the ultimate expression of free will". The point of the story is the question that when dealing with clearly psychotic villains like Carnage who simply will not stop so long as they live, if lethal force is justified.
