Viewing this image on different displays and thus appearing different colors does not mean the eye color counts as multiple colors. The device I'm using displays colors perfectly, and in accordance to TWYS, I see dark cyan and I used 2 different tests to prove that it is dark cyan, so I tagged it as "cyan_eyes".
CMYK colors are used in printing and not in moniters or computer displays. It is standard practice to name colors displayed on computer devices by their RGB name.

And I know CMYK is used for print. There are pictures of this character in books and magazines, another form of "media" that is printed. >.> Only way to know for sure what color her eyes should be is to talk to the character designer that designed her. And ask him what color he intended for her eyes to be.
