If the 1boy tag is correct, then this is not, strictly speaking, a newhalf. This is a rule 63 of Shirai Kuroko with what seems to be regular old Misaka Mikoto. I will change the tags to reflect this. If someone knows the original artist's intent, feel free to reverse my tag edits.

Kuroko is pretty flat to begin with, so it's a matter of whether you believe the rest of "her" features are defined enough to stick into the futa/cdw/trans categories.
