as disturbing i find this drawing, as an artist this is a masterpiece. the attention to detail is insane, the rendering is beautiful. i cant even begin to imagine how long this mustve taken to even just outline and colour, let alone shading and touchups, etc. if i saw this in an art exhibit or a museum i would definitely think it was disturbing and fucked up, but i would understand why it was there.
