Planes take in air from the atmosphere and use it to create high speed thrust. Water vapor in the air will often gather on the rims of the engine, which is very hot, causing it to turn into steam. That causes the contrails that you see behind planes, which look like puffs of steam up close. So no, she's not farting, two anons above me. If anything, she's exhaling.
