Anon, it's a trick girls would play at sleep overs. You put a funnel in your pants, and try to drop the coin from your nose to the funnel. Then someone else would dump water down your pants/panties.
@anon3 You're close, but the coin is placed on the forehead, not the nose. The reason for this is that the pranked person has his/her head tilted back, so you can't see how the other person runs water down the funnel.
Also, a sidepoint: It's always shown first, so you can see how easy it is to do.
I think the coin was on her forehead, but she moved her head when the water got poured into her panties. That's why the coin is floating around her nose, pointless to know but now you do. ;)
