The blaze isn't a new girl, its a reskin of Galath's model. You can edit them like skins.

You use BlockBench to edit Minecraft model Rars and textures.
You can find all the of the Fapcraft/Jenny Mod girls models to customize on Trolmastercard's site for the mod from their character bios.

how do i make custom animations? skins are easy but in normal game, she jumps on you and holds your leg.
