I've done it a few times. I can't say I like doing it -- and I'm normally very oral and absolutely love performing cunnilingus -- but with careful preparation beforehand it qualifies as only slightly unpleasant, and some people absolutely go bonkers from having it done to them, which can make it worth the effort.
