Yeah, Predator (Either of them.) Not only are they more human-like, Ironically, but it just feels safer; They're rational, unlike the more primal Xenomorph. Plus, for all we know, sex for a xenomorph IS being impregnated by a facehugger (at least, if we're talking procreation).

Quick answer: Xenomorph. Always loved the design. Also so clarfication, as a giant Xenomorph nerd. Technically all Xenomorphs are genderless, even "Queens." Queen Xenomorphs are never shown too my knowlegde too ever give direct birth of an egg, they use massive ovipostitors (misspelled that I'm sure.) that seem too just have the eggs ready too go. They were bioengineered too be the perfect killing machine after all, so the lack of a need for direct birth makes perfect sense. Also, if you want too give the Xenos a gender, than they'd all be female. When H. R. Giger and Ridley Scott made the original Facehugger and Xenomorph design, they specifically stated the design was meant too be emasculating in every sense of the word. The Facehugger is just a giant vagina that's meant to prey on male sexual inadequacy problems. The Xeno its self was purposefully given a slender feminine look, and the tube (dick) shaped head was very intentional.
