Worse if it's a rough accent that can't be understood. It gets a pass just regularly but when it's work or VA related then no ay man

I don't get why essex accents get such a bad rep. :/ It's the easiest to understand. People say i sound posh though >.> Least when people from outside of essex hear my voice.

Generally because they're associated with slaaaags, I suppose. These people who say you sound posh, are they Northerners by any chance? If so, I've had that too ;)
