If it has text at all you can tell as well and since incest isn't really visual like you said they often do have text. It just gets everywhere like cat hair.

I'm fine with vore, guro, and even still_alive. What I don't like is abnormally large _____. Doesn't matter if it's a dick the size of the person or if someone's ass is so big that the artist has to draw it separate from their waist/legs. It just sorta takes me out of my schlick session. I get the suspension of disbelief you need for porn, but that's still a damn high suspension.
