alright, let's give it a proper try now…

I command her to (in this order):
1. take off all her clothes and put on something less erotic, then burn her original clothes,
2. never use any magic powers again (ever), including 'charm',
- ( at this point I lock the magical book in a safe )
3. forget about the existence of the magical book,
4. forget that she is a succubus
(but not necessarily forget that she's a demon, since it's obvious looking at herself)

step #1 was so that she doesn't get any clues about being a succubus after forgetting
