All live-action posts should share the same tag.
If all live-action posts had a "real" or "photo" tag, they'd be much easier to blacklist. What's keeping people from adding a tag like that when they upload such?
All the correctly tagged ones do. If you see something that's not tagged properly you're welcome to tag it yourself.
Out of "real" or "photo" I would prefer it if people used "real". That just keeps all the real stuff under one tag, because many live-action posts are animated...and a photo can't be animated.

Exactly...you can take a photo of a picture you've drawn or a figurine, in that case it would be a photo, but it wouldn't qualify as "real"...at least not how we use the tag.
Honestly the photo tag needs cleaning up big time. There is a metric ton of images tagged "photo" and "animated"...I'm guessing some other booru out there uses the "photo" tag in the same way we use "real".

that yes, but i also meant the concept of a photo taken in the context of the image. Like I dunno, Tifa taking a pic of Yuffie being fucked by monsters. All of it is drawn, but it's still a photo in the image

I would suggest the "taking_picture" tag for a situation like that.
