This might be a crime of necroposting, but I will try to answer the original question. There has been actual medical research on this topic (although not much), and the results vary wildly. The amount of semen in one ejaculation is basically a variable. The often quoted amount of 1 teaspoon full or 10 milliliters average is a rough but widely agreed upon consensus. For breeding purposes, an quantity of semen is not nearly as important as a quality. A first ejaculation will clear out all of the older sperm, and a second ejaculation will contain the strongest and most likely impregnate sperm cells.
