To sleep or not to sleep
Situation: It's late at night when it suddenly stops being night. The last time you looked at the clock it was midnight, and now it's 6:30 AM. If you go to bed now, you'll wake up late in the afternoon, or only get a short amount of sleep. Alternatively, you could stay awake until the next night.

What do you do?

1. Go to sleep.
+you get some rest
-you miss a lot of the day
-risk oversleeping even further

2. Stay awake.
+you can go to bed at a reasonable hour and reset your sleep cycle
-you'll probably be tired through the rest of the day
-if you drive anywhere you might risk falling asleep at the wheel

You can't make up sleep, so the best solution is just to try to sleep for 7-8 hours.

Basically the secret is to set alarms for bed time 2 hours before you need to be asleep, then you spend 30 mins brushing your teeth and getting ready, then the rest reading or other peaceful activity that helps prepare the body for sleep, no exciting shit etc, if you must watch video, do so with flux/twilight app which keeps your screen red and not blue (blue light keeps you awake and alert).

Always sleep what you need and no more, when you sleep in you fuck things up, when you fuck up and go to bed too late, sleep less and go to bed at the right time the next night.

You have to get used to setting alarms to remind you and have self will to act upon those reminders, reminding yourself how lame it is when you don't sleep on time is helpful.

Also remember that resting in bed even if you can't sleep is beneficial to the body and mind, also it is highly recommended you learn how to meditate, there are many tutorials on youtube, meditation mainly helps you silence random or negative thoughts that make it hard to sleep.

TL:DR Set your alarm for the normal time and do with less sleep if you go to bed too late, better to get some than none, go to bed at the right hour the next night, set alarm reminders and give yourself time to prepare for sleep.

Sleep is the most important thing.

Don't sleep, as a very important man once said "SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK!" or did he? I don't remember.

I'm assuming there (are/were) no responsibilities that you (have/had) the next day, so option one, wake up at 11 am. Have brunch, live life for the afternoon. That night, make Shure you pass out by 10:30. Fap if you have to.

That's not how it works. Don't do this, I've done it a few times and all it's done is fuck up the cycle even more. Your body gets used to staying up longer and you'll have trouble falling asleep during the following days.

Nowadays, if my cycle is delayed too much, I just sleep less until I get back into a normal schedule. Like, 4 to 6 hours of sleep for a couple days. You feel sluggish during those days, but you'll be fine once back to normal.

However, if you do decide to stay awake for extended periods, please do not drive. You are risking your life and endangering other drivers.

If you have trouble getting to sleep on a normal schedule, try melatonin pills. It's an hormone naturally produced by the brain to induce sleepiness when it gets dark. It is sold OTC at most pharmacies in the vitamin section. It's quite effective when combined with fapping. I highly recommend it if you have ADHD.

If you have been suffering from severe sleep issues over the years despite repeated attempts to follow a normal schedule, you might want to get checked for narcolepsy. It affects less than 1% of the global population, but it's worth the mention.

I was recently in this situation, and I chose 2. Ended up staying up for two whole days, but I naturally have a lot of energy, so I just eventually got a lot of sleep and now I'm back to normal.
