Well, if it disappeared from your favorites, the chances are good that the image was deleted from this site, rather than just from your favorite. This may mean the image you favorited was a duplicate and the original would have different tags or possibly even fewer to no useful tags.

First, I'd recommend getting really creative with different possible tags it may have, not just the ones you remember it having, but tags that apply to it that you haven't thought of. If you still can't find it, try to find any image that may be done by the same artist. If that doesn't work, try searching on other tag-based hentai sites.
