What fetish is out there that you don't understand?

Are there any fetishes that you've seen or heard of that you just can't understand why people would be into it? Or maybe you are into it but you just can't explain why.

I'll start. I don't know why people are into cheating/cuckoldry. This is something that IRL ruins relationships every day, but for some reason people are into it, both as having their significant other cheating on them or sleeping with someone's wife/husband.

EDIT: Also, if you see someone post about a fetish that you're into, feel free to explain how it's sexy to you!

I've got two that I'm into but dont really know why. One is impregnation. I guess that can be explained by biology and the primal instinct to breed, but it's also something that could potentially be really bad IRL. Anywho...I think the most baffling fetish out there is vore. First off, it's impossible. You are never going to find a real life sexual partner who is big enough to eat you whole. Secondly, even if you did enter a magical dimension of giants it seems like the sort of thing you could only really enjoy once because you'd be dead afterwards.

BUT I can understand that fetishes don't always need to match up with reality. It's more about the feeling you get from it. I'm guessing vore is more about like...total submission? So it's cool. If you like vore you're fine, I just find it weird.
