I'm incredibly skinny but I sometimes wonder if I'd be hotter if I was on the chubby side...

I really don't mind either. Each woman is unique and due to that picking one or the other doesn't do them all justice. Skinny girls have their perks and larger girls do as well. For me it's not a matter of the size it is A matter of the woman.

And no I'm not trying to be sappy or romantic. Just my opinion.
