Go to any popular artist submission site like hentaifoundry, search for porn you like, check the artists profile page, check prices, contact and ask if they could do what you want to commission, work out the payment with them, usually paypal half up front and half when completed.

To the others, do not advertise anything on the forum, even artists names please.
