What you should do when drawing it, is sketch it very lightly to get the right size and shape, then go over the places where you think the solid lines should be and make them just a little darker. Then if the darker lines look great and you are sure you have it all set. Go over the solid lines with a pen. Then erase the pencil lines. This will give a much clearer image. :)
The cost kind of depends on how detailed you want it to be.
