Yes, and all cookie + history data was recently cleared to free space, and the site was working normally until roughly an hour ago now.

I get a '403 Forbidden' screen whenever I try to do any of those actions.

Are you by any chance using Telstra as an ISP? We have recently banned entire Telstra as a user was distributing child porn using this ISP and the ISP actively supports this activity as they refused to answer any abuse emails nor would they help me in live chat on their website.

That must be the case, since I have switched from my home wifi network to my phone's Data, everything is fully operational. Unfortunately this'll Mean less traffic from me, since I only have a small amount of data per week on phone.

When on laptop I was using an IP Re-Director so that was likely the cause for that working on Wifi while phone does not.
