Why is defecation in the guro category?
Shouldn't fuck nugget (amputee) be referred to as amputation?
I think vore in general should be in the guro category.

That would depend on what's actually being done. There's a million and a half positions and ways to do these categories, but what I focused on is what is actually being inflicted upon the person.
If it's a painful submissive hold, that would probably be a blend between medium core and hardcore if it's a choke hold that implies death, that's probably hardcore.

Sex can't truely be put into a spectrum. It is all opinionated and cannot be treated as a set guideline of rules and demands. Fetishes exist to break a spectrum even of social norms, simply because you can't call one person weird for liking futa, but not someone that likes vore.

The Spectrum was made for the general public not any one individual.
You may find all the medium core categories softcore and the softcore categories boring appetizers, but this spectrum doesn't take de-sensitization into account.
