Well the "scale" is how taboo the fetish is. Something like a hand-job being extremly low on the taboo scale, where as something like scat is extremly high on the taboo scale. Basically, how socially normal the fetish is, is how we rate the fetish.

I think I should point out that domination, paizuri, incest, handjobs and futanari are not fetishes.

I think mine is age difference. Specifically, when it's a younger guy with an older woman. I'm not sure why though. I think it's just the thought of said older woman being so cock-hungry she would go to the length of going to a much younger guy for pleasure. All consensual though.
