After several weeks of trying for 5-10 minutes a day, you may notice that you're getting closer. It also helps to find a position that works well for you. Pussy stretching is popular in China I heard. And yes, pussy weight lifting is both good for your muscles and also for your mood. Sort of a "heightened sense of sexuality" or whatever the proper term is.

Everyone has said that you have to stretch a lot beforehand but can anyone recommend certain stretching methods that work really well? I could use some to actually become flexible enough. Right now I can't even touch my own friggin toes ^^'
