Most body weight exercises can be performed anywhere at anytime and you can adjust the intensity when needed.

So stuff like push-ups?

Try making them more intense. You can make push-ups harder be shifting your weight onto one arm while using the other for stability or, if you're strong enough, place your other arm behind your back (one-handed push-up).

Funny thing is the other day I was showing off by trying to do a 1 handed pushup and when I tried I couldn't do 1,then my hand slipped and I hurt my other hand trying to break my fall.

One-handed push-ups are harder than they look. Not only are you only using 1 arm instead of 2 (half strength and less balance), but the weight of your other arm is added on to what you're already pushing. It requires about 2.5x the effort of a normal push-up.

Leaning on one arm and using the other for stability is easier, about 1.5x the effort of a regular push-up.

Ever tried planking? I've heard good things about it, and I've recently started doing it. I'll plank for as long as possible while I watch Netflix or TV on my down time. I can feel that shit working in my arms and my stomach. It's a real nice burn that lets me know it's effective. As for my legs, I just wear weights throughout my daily routine. I don't run, that would fuck my joints, but I do a lot of manual labor jobs and a lot of times I'll do charity work with a friend, so I'm always on the move. Weights to fight against really help me stay in shape, but I think I need to put more protein in my diet before I actually start buffing out. Not sure.
