I cannot see the translations of notes appearing below them.

I suspect my adblocker may be involved. It is uBlock Origin. Is there any way I might be able to 'exempt' the notes from the blocking?

how about you first try disabling uBlock to see if it really is the problem?

right now i'm using uBlock (Firefox) with Easylist and no custom exception rules for Rule34, and notes are working fine for me.

edit: okay looks like the notes actually are broken if i disable my userscripts, so this might be a stylesheet issue. i'll investigate later

Random blacklists.

Hello, me again. I've noticed random pictures getting blacklisted through my pages. Usually one per page. I have absoluetly nothing in my blacklist and it's a little annoying having too press the show blocked images button on the page too see the images. What if it's a picture I'll really like?

try this:
1. go to rule34.xxx/index.php?page=account&s=options
2. set Post Threshold to -9999
3. save

That seems too have fixed it, thanks. Is there a dislike cap even if you have that set too 0? I find that a little odd.

someone mentioned before that there's a delay between when changes occur on the site and when the changes are reflected in the results from the API at index.php?page=dapi, and my testing shows that the delay is about 8 minutes.

why is it this way? does the API access a separate database which synchronises with the main database at regular intervals, something like that?

is it possible to reduce the delay, or create another API which accesses the main DB (perhaps with tighter restrictions / rate-limiting) ?

Search database commits are done every 5 min and that reflects on searches done on the API and the main site.

Dunno if this is a big deal. But I'm tired of these mother fucking pop ups on this mother fucking website. And Im on mobile with virus protection and add blockers up the ass. I can't go 10 seconds after a page loads in on the images without a pop up saying "Your phone is broken buy this IPhone!" or something like that.
