Well, on the original topic: The "bot" does appear to have a preference for anime and asian girls, Japanese stuff mostly. It even looks like it's avoiding furry and video game topics. Users will have to upload more stuff themselves to even things up.

The idea that the bot has any sort of preference makes no sense. Because it's a BOT. It CAN'T have preferences because all it does is EXACTLY WHAT IT'S PROGRAMMED TO DO.
And what is it programmed to do? It searches various sites (gelbooru, e621, paheal, etc.) and mirrors everything from those sites that meets the criteria it's programmed to look for (mostly, anything rated explicit, but it seems to upload questionable stuff sometimes if it has certain tags).
If you want to complain about a lack of variety in the bot's posts, complain to the people uploading stuff on THOSE sites, 'cause that's where it gets its uploads from.

I think the bot is only getting images from Gelbooru now. The amount of furry and western images uploaded by the bot has dropped to almost none. If this is the case then something needs to be done.

That's because gelbooru only usually allows anime/asian on their site. Hence why the bot copying images from there would only be uploading those here.
It's not the bots preference per se as more as it is copying what is gelbooru's preference.

I know. Much of our furry content came from e621 and most of our western content came from Paheal. Now we're hardly getting either.

So...is there a way to change the bot's "preferences" so it copies stuff from other sites too and not just Gelbooru?

I'd just like to say. I scrolled through the first new page of posts. Not one was about Futa, ponies. So good guy bot?

I want to say this, I found it odd that was long was this been up and asked the server thread and no answer. in the case of 30+ pages League posted in 1 day, this stuff can happen whenever.

There was a conversation a while ago where I called the site something like a parasite. Gloom said it's the users and people the come here are the are parasites.

That was a private conversation, and chances are someone going to misinterpret that statement.

Edit: I found that conversation. Man, that was a long time ago.

Let me put it like this, it the times bot went down or whatever everything you'd see is from a user. It could be from days ago and still be the first few pages.

If people want more variety and specifics, they should go and find some artwork to upload and share. Not get on and go "Oh, still no ______."

Either that or they could try searching for what they want instead of relying solely on their blacklist. Odds are they'll find images from several years ago that they never knew about simply because they didn't look.
