Actually, breasts and dicks get in the way quite often. Being female you have to deal with unwanted male attention, needing bigger clothes/bras for your breasts, having trouble laying on your stomach, them making your overall weight higher, back pain, etc.

With males, I can picture it getting in the way sometimes. Such as erections always getting noticed, possibly hurting someone in intercourse. Having to wear tight clothing often, too. I'm not a male so I can't account for these, but I can rightfully say breasts are annoying.
