(4) You quickly ascertain the nearest cliff and throw yourself bodily off of it without a glance of what’s at the bottom. (1+1=2) Falling from the air like a careless duck in hunting season, you splat painfully on a bare patch of stone several stories below your launching point. (6) fortunately for you, the patch of stone you fall on was relatively thin, and the ground breaks out from under you. After another short fall, you land in some sort of underground space. Somehow, you’re unharmed.

(4) The only one around right now is Wildbeast, so you turn to him, bloodlust in your eyes. You leap towards him, your hands reaching for his neck, (2) but you misgauged his position. You sail past him, (4) landing in a fluffy snow bank.

(3) Very soon after entering the forest, you come across an incredibly steep decline (at least 65 degrees). The good news, however, is that you can see that the bottom of the incline seems to join with the rest of the forest, the foot of the mountain. You are considering the best way down when you hear something large shifting behind you.

(6) Having just seen the lovely Miss Vulf jump from a cliff, you jump after her. (2+1=3) you fall like a rock, though not quite as graceful. Flailing your arms wildly and screaming all the way, you plunge into a deep pile of fluffy snow. At first you are relieved. Then you realize that you can't breath (what with all the snow in your face), and you don't know which way is up.

Right now seems to be a good time to point out that there will never be more than one turn per day unless everyone submits an action before the day is over and I feel like doing another one.

Yay! I look around the cave for anything of interest. People, animals, treasure chests, oddly-shaped rocks, things like that.

I really doubt that redsamurai was being serious when he posted his action, so if he doesn't post by the time i finish this turn, his action will be skipped.

I've never been in a sugarcane field before. I mean, I've seen 'em an' all, but no real reason to go into one, but now you go to a peach grove you find all sorts of cool shit. This one time, I was in a― *is buried by more snow*

Maybe he's gone insane. After all, he did try to kill Wildbeast25 for no apparent reason.

Could be worse. Least all he did was try to kill him. o-o Not like he tried to torture and or abuse him.

PLAYER ACTIONS

Though it takes a couple of moments for your eyes to adjust from the blinding snow to the dark cavern, you quickly discern that this is no natural cave. the walls are squared off and smooth, roughly forming a perfect square as the hallway runs deeper into the mountain. To your left, there is a door, presumably the true entrance, and to your right is too dark to see clearly. (perception, 6) Squinting, you can just make out a large, empty space. on top of a raised platform in the center of the room is a locked chest.

(3) After the initial panic subsides, you try to reach your hand toward the surface of the snow, but you still don't know which way is up. Either you're too far down for your hand to breach the surface or you're not searching in the right direction. You're running out of air in your lungs.

(5) Quickly jumping behind the nearest tree, you pear around the side to see what looks like... a polar bear? a mass of white fur is hunched next to a small cave's mouth. Various skulls are littered about in the thin snow, including humans. You can see sets of belongings deeper in the cave, including sheathed blades and chainmail. The polar bear doesn't seem to have seen you yet.

(1) your random flailing and kicking generates enough heat to melt all the snow around you, leaving you on barren rock once more. This leaves you exhausted. (-1 to your next turn)

(4) though you're standing on bare stone, you startclawing at it, hoping to find buried treasure. (3) despite your determination, you make no progress. Perhaps you were distracted by the insane flailing man?
