People are forgetting the linguistics factor of things. What do you think of when you hear the word pervert? Most people immediately think of a lecherous man.

The title of who's the most perverted is granted to men mainly because the idea of pervert has the connotations of being a lecherous man who looks to grope women in crowded buses.

But as for who is more perverted, the answer is t-girls, because of their hormonal imbalance causes them to be a lot more sexual on a regular basis.
