Sorry, but those legs are just anatomically incorrect.

From the hip joint to the knee and from the knee to the bottom of the foot should be roughly the same length. In this image her lower legs are much shorter than they should be.

If you saw those legs irl you wouldn't be thinking "Oooh, that's hot!" You'd be wondering what happened to/what is wrong with her legs.
