the tag "solo"
Is it an idea that from now on, we will tag all solo pictures not as solo and female/male but combine them to solo_male and solo_female?

In fact one of my blacklist tags is based upon this. Although for some reason "solo_female" has very little entries, while "solo_male" has many.
I haven't been using any of those. I'll use them from now on. Glad the question was asked.
*edit I noticed that the tag single_female has over 7000 tags already while the solo_female has less that a hundred.

EDIT: Now that i look, it seems as if single female is used if there is one girl in the image but there could be more characters that are opposite gender. Solo states it is only a girl in the pic. Single female kinda seems like dumb tag now.

I always struggle with the decision to use 1girl or 1female. I feel 1girl is too politically incorrect but 1female has very few entries, so what happens is i'm torn between going with what has more entries or what is right.

If something something has more results then that's the one people are probably going to use. "Aliases" is also a mess.

Your guide was deleted? Too bad as I very much liked it and try to tag correctly to improve the site.
What's the point of the "solo_female" tag when you can just (assuming everything is tagged correctly) search "female solo". The result would be the same without adding tag bloat.

The main thing is that there is no current tag to add to a blacklist to avoid a sausagefest with seeing males everywhere. Right now, the only one that does this is the "yuri" tag. But "yuri" only works if there is more than one female.

Again, if everything is tagged properly (it isn't, in case you're wondering), then searching "female solo" would give only images with a single woman in each one, no guys.

Well, generally pictures with solo_male/female will also have that "solo" tag...blacklisting that would get rid of both solo_male and solo_female... but if you just blacklist solo_male, it should work... though my blacklist isn't working properly... I have all sorts of things blacklisted, but they still pop up!
I have solo_male blacklisted and it seems to work fine.
