Fitness Tips
Just ask and answer each others fitness questions, there seems to be a lot of people on here that exercise frequently.

I.E. Does anyone have tips on growing chest? I’m not getting as much growth in my upper and middle chest as I really want and am kinda limited to dumbbells atm.

Incline benchpress does upper chest.
Flat benchpress does middle chest.
Decline benchpress does lower chest.

You can target different parts of your chest by changing which direction you're pushing the weights.

Helps burn a few extra calories on long walks, but it's no muscle builder.

It might not be relevant to actual fitness, but clothes do the trick when it comes to making your figure look different to others. For example i heard some people advising to reveal shoulders more often or wear shirts with prints on the chest. Try different things from your wardrobe and see what fits!

Hmm, good question.

For the upper chest, incline dumbbell press can work, provided your shoulders are in good health to keep your arms stable as you move through the movement.

Flat dumbbell presses work for the overall chest if that's what you seek, so you can't go wrong with doing sets of these.

Dumbbell flys get the job done too, though it would be good to aim for a few more higher reps on these.

These ones are just off the top of my head; there's a couple more, but I'd have to get back on recalling them.
