Hey, I tried to send a DM, but it looks like I might be banned? It was saying my account got banned from an artist request. I am mostly just posting this to see if I really am banned.

Well if it's any consolation, your profile doesn't say "Banned" when I look at it. It says you're part of "Members" like most of us. I'm just going to presume you're innocent of any wrong-doing, and hopefully it's just a temporary thing?
