Your opinion on Fictosexuality?
There's a sexual orientation (sometimes referred to as fetish) and the whole point is just as the name suggests, they're attracted only to fictional characters. What do you think about it? Have any of you considered you might be one?

While I do believe it's true for porn preferences
It's not for real life.
95% of the time I like cartoon porn.
But there have been moments where I go on pornhub or other hook up sites.

Also, other times I've heard about stuff like that are usually a farce anyways.

I think it might have to do with a lot of porn sites being less organized like here.

Although I like a lot of drawn porn, I still prefer irl sex to it. I wouldn't say I am "attracted" to any fictional character, to the extent that I'd define my sexuality around it.

The way some people on here freak out if a pic of an actual person gets uploaded or if someone expresses an interest in or fantasy about a real-life person, I'm willing to believe Fictosexuality is a real thing.

Case in point:
Example 1 (several entries, especially the bigger one further down the page)-
cc.bingj.com/cache.aspx?q...x5Y7rP2PXs_ntAMobcVDJh2zK

Example 2-
rule34.xxx/index.php?page...=23261&pid=90#1981661

As with a lot of kinks/fetishes/etc. on here I absolutely don't understand it, but then I don't have to.

This one's just too easy to make fun of. Try harder next time.

I definitely don't think I am a fictosexual, but just talking in theory without having met any it makes sense to me that it exists. Just people who spend too much time on hentai or rule34 that they lose interest in real things.

I've seen subreddits about this sort of thing, but I don't remember the various names used.

I don't doubt that some real people might feel this way. More than a few are attractived only to drawings and feel no attraction to porn with real people, so this fictosexuality as we call it is just a short step further.

Although I can believe it's real, it can also be faked. I see potential here for some individuals to use the label as an excuse for giving into fear of intimacy and cutting out all real life connections that could become either sexual or romantic. I would even guess that people who abuse the term and lie to themselves are more common than the real thing.

I mostly feel romantical stuff for fictional ppl than irl and i felt that way most of my childhood and teen years but with time it slowly became less. Its more of being way more free and comfortable with fiction cause social situations are difficult and draining for me. But a relationship with a person irl wether it be platonic or romantical is much more deep and giving and meaningful
