Can I somehow answer, respond etc. to comments? Or only way is tagging? Like "@Nickname Nah, I'd win"?

If you're referring to comments on image posts, yes, but you have to do it "manually".
Copy the comment, then paste it into your comment > place the (quote) and (/quote) tags before and after ithe original comment (changing () to []) > type your reply.
