For anyone, how do you think a practicing artist should handle taking free requests?
I’m pretty new here and was just wondering exactly what the title says. How does someone wanting to set up taking free requests manage all of it?

If anyone’s interested, I’m only really interested in drawing the girls of the RWBY series since I’m grieving over the uncertain future of the series, and I’m currently on a huge bimbo and transformation kick, so I’m much more open to those if anyone wants, just send me a message.

This isn’t really meant to be an art request thread, but more of a help thread at the end of the day. Thanks to everyone in advance for advice.

- Be very clear about what you will and won't allow. People will ask for literally anything.
- Set realistic time frames and a realistic work load, otherwise you will get swamped.
- Don't ignore people. If you can't/won't do someone's request for whatever reason, tell them.
- Show examples of your previous work so requesters have a rough idea of what they'd be getting.

Thank you, I’ll be sure to keep all that in mind. Well, if anything doing any requests will teach me how to say no better through limiting what I will and won’t draw
