An equivalent for [post]nnnn[/post] linking to the tags wiki instead, [wiki]nnnn[/wiki] ( linking to rule34.xxx/index.php?page=wiki&s=view&id=nnnn )

The wiki itself already has [[1234]] for this but it doesn't work outside the wiki yet. Would be nice if it did.
