AI aping specific artist without consent?
I have noticed some art posts on here that I was 100% convinced were made by ThiccWithaQ but then turned out were "made" by a Pixiv user named "Floox" using AI. I'm 99% sure Floox is using a model trained on TWaQ's art without his consent. What is r34 policy on this?

The unfortunate policy from what I know is "If it's porn and not locked behind a paywall nor pedo shit, it's allowed." But I've seen a lot of Patreon-only AI posts, too, as scammy as that is.

It's not just that, people will also throw paintings through img2img and just regenerate them and call them their own work.. It's very obvious once you notice it and recognize the painting that was used.
I have no idea how anyone could possibly defend this and think it's okay it's the most blatant form of ai theft.
It's literally just stealing someones painting and like throwing a filter over it and calling it their own, it's very not legal at all but it'd be extremely time consuming and tedious to pursue legally which is the issue.
It's why the government needs to step in and put a stop to it, it's unfair to expect individual artists to do it.
