Does anyone even use this thing? 'Cause I've never seen anything in that section on people's profiles.

It's a feature that was never fully implemented. You were supposed to be able to leave notes on people's profile, basically, and then also score them positive or negative based on your interactions with them. I doubt it'll ever be finished now that the RP requesting forums are gone.

Makes sense. Just a remnant of what could potentially be a good feature.

Chances are it only works for mods. Something like this would be wide open for abuse if everyone could use it unrestricted.

Yeah, there's a lot of that. I saw Kielan talking about it once, and apparently the dude who actually programs the site only shows up like once or twice a year. That's probably why the "records" section hasn't been updating for weeks.
