Where did they go to? Needed or not? Should we set up any or inherit them from another booru? Or was I blind again?

* What should be tagged, what shouldn't? (I see pixels. Should I tag 'em?)
* What tags are allowed? (I drew a raunchy picture of my friend. Do I have to add his full name?)
* Use artists' nicknames or real names?
* When adding movie/game characters, do I add the character name and movie/game title separately or combine in one tag?
* What's the preferred format for combined tags, anyway?
