A lot of gay pics aren't tagged as such. I'm working on that, but still many remain. The most effective tag for finding gay content is "male_only", so that should also be the most effective blacklist tag for avoiding it.

Furthermore a lot of gay pics are tagged "yaoi", even if the characters in the pic are clearly bara and not yaoi, so you'll probably want to add "yaoi" to your blacklist too.
