Heyo all~ Just wanted to kinda ask and maybe find like minded souls. How do people feel about AI RP. I’ve been playing around with many sites for awhile and found VenusChub which I absolutely love. Pretty much any kink you want is catered to. And before idiots jump in all the bots are made by normal people constructing their own prompts using the chatGPT. It’s not like the art stuff so I’d really like to avoid that. But I personally have my concerns morally. I love it, but that’s the problem. It gives me exactly what I want and I see the danger of addiction and such. Would love to chat about it with peolle so yeah :)

If you use AI to roleplay, just go outside. Go on reddit and join a roleplay group. Make an ad. Go on discord. Search sites.


It's honestly really sad that you have to wank it to ERP with a robot.

i mean it has it uses if you don't have anyone to Roleplay with. It sad but hey if you need a short burst of entertainment its an option.

ERP in general is sad. Switching an analog partner for a digital one is merely going further down the same sad path you're already on.

I wouldn't say that far. Not everyone wants to go that far since irl has some commitment and risks to it.

Don't you think you're being needlessly harsh and judgmental here? I am generally an opponent of AI tech abuse (which is already running rampant), but there are, in fact, harmless uses for this stuff.

I know this is slippery extrapolation and not *exactly* the same, but is RP with a chat bot all that different from, say, playing simulation games by yourself for hundreds of hours? Is pretending to run a farm on your computer or playing digital dollies in The Sims really all that different from collaborative smut writing with an algorithm? Is the fact that it's sexual making it sadder in your estimations? And if that really is the case, then why, exactly? Honest questions, here. I'm not trying to preach one way or the other.

You're not wrong. Video games have led people down a similar path of social regression. We went from sports (pretty much always local multiplayer) to board games to video games, with endless single-player sims (ironically) being near the end point of this path. With each step, human interaction goes down.

If you can't have human interaction behind a screen its probably because your A.) An awful person, or B.) just dont try.

ERP is alright, really because you can do stuff IRL, or dont like actual intercourse. Maybe its painful or you're scared.

But using a robot? I mean, atleast try. I'm sure you can find someone. But using a robot is really just rock bottom.
