Not going to go into a big dissertation on this, but I am curious. Throw a rock in most monster or anthro series and you’ll get some humanized action, some anthro x human action, etc. Taking the FNAF animatronics just as robots or (in the case of FNAF4) evil dream spirits, and disregarding suppositions about human souls, how come we don’t see the animatronics or nightmares fuck human women?

There isn't much of that material because the robots are heavy and would, assuming they weren't out for blood in this situation, most likely crush or badly injure the lady in majority of sex positions. Sure, it can be drawn completely disregarding any sort of logic like that, but I can only assume it pushes suspension of disbelief too hard

Spirits do mentally age, as proven by Charlie Emily, as she felt older each time she ''died'' and was moved to another body that was made for her by her dad, because time was actually passing by, meaning that they do age mentally, at least Charlie Emily did, then there is Susie...yeah she is crazy intelligent, she literally was able to navigate from freddy's to her home, years after she died, that is a kind of memory that a kid would't be able to have, meaning she had mentally aged despite being dead, both cases happened in the 1975-1980s at the earliest, so yeah, they would both be mentally adults by the 2000s at the latest

Do we even know what any of the humans look like?

The only adult woman in fnaf that we know the appearance of is Vanessa. There's not really human characters we see in fnaf aside from ol Willy and Michael Afton (both of which are rotting corpses), Vanessa, Gregory, and Cassie. (Gregory and Cassie both being like 12 so: No.)
