I've never been to Jamaica, but from what I've heard the locals there tend to have rather traditional ideas about sex and relationships in general, so I don't know how much luck you'd have finding local swingers/swinger's clubs. It IS a popular tourist destination though and I'm sure y'all are not the first couple to go there hoping to have a threesome with a local, so you might have better luck looking for an individual rather than a group, but I'd be EXTREMELY careful about who and how I was asking lest you get your ass kicked or worse.
