Rule 34 - Can't upload video (Error ID-10T)

Can't upload video (Error ID-10T)

I'm trying to upload an animation I just made today and it's throwing me the error "Error ID-10T: This content was previously banned from the site for breaking the TOS or copyright claimed and can not be uploaded again." which doesn't make sense since it's never been uploaded, well, anywhere.

Need least 5 uploads that got approved before can post a video. Got made a thing as people would upload shitpost for videos.

Nothing crazy, just an animated version of the image I posted last. That's not the issue though since apparently you need to upload 5 images before you can upload videos

This may be old news, but I have the same problem and have numerous uploads, including videos
