We all love to fantasize/rp about some pretty out there things.
But how much of a difference is there between what you like to rp or fantasize about compared to what you would like or try in real life?

im generally not very interested in rp that i find unrealisticʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ

I'm the opposite, I love rps where things that could never happen in real life happen, with limits like no gore and death tho

I'm right in the middle. I love some fantastical things (in particular, one of my favorite unusual kinks is diphallism, aka having two dicks) but at the same time the settings and emotions I tend to keep relatively realistic. Like, my characters that have unusual bodies have to learn to function with them.

Not regarding the unrealistic stuff. I’m onto the exact same thing in rp as I am in real life

But as I’m also into non con but I’m not into that with another person rp or real life even if it’s cnc. So that’s the only difference between fantasy vs real life

There is very little correlation between my IRL sex life and the silly RPs that I do. I mean, for RP it's less about getting off and more of making fun stories, and IRL, it's mostly about enjoy my partner as much as I can. Fill two entirely separate wants.

I'm open into trying all my fantasies, because bottom line in order to do 'em there'll be consent so its fine no worries @ all

i try to project the stuff i like irl into rps and stuff, but i find it less enjoyable because i still have to confine myself to the limits of the character im rping as and in the setting. one very big reason i prefer dirty talk, as someone else said its a lot more realistic and the imagination can run free

It’s a funny case for me lol, I’m completely asexual IRL, detesting sex mostly. But when it comes to roleplaying? I’m a nasty fucking freak who loves going above and beyond when it comes to fictional sex

Omg same!! Though I’ve definitely become more open to the idea of sex as I’ve gotten older. Though when I used to rp the actual fucking wasn’t the part I loved and that’s the same for me irl but it’s still enjoyable

honestly, since most of the stuff i fantasise about is about boobs, a lot of it is quite realistic. i've got my fair share of things that would probably get me in trouble in real life if i were to do them, lol

My tastes don't vary much between the two. The distinction comes in what ethical lines I'm willing to cross within fantasy. The distinction is in the commitment between talking about an act and following through.

A mediocre amount. Mainly taboo stuff, since... Most of it would probably get me in jail or some shit.

There are a few taboo things that I would want to do in a RP but would not do irl. Non-con/rape (although I still must reiterate that I have to tread carefully) is one of them
