I myself don’t have sex particularly frequently. I used to, though. I used to have sex at least three times every day when I was in school, often more. How often do you do it? Do you think that doing it frequently/infrequently is healthy? Let me know below. :-)

not very frequently, mostly because im single currently. I dont like casual sex either so its usually a matter of when i get to see my partner if i have one. i think sex is just a natural thing, dont force it or overdo it. it can be a very intimate thing but if your fucking random people every other day just to get off than it can become very unhealthy

I believe doing it regularly is good for you. The chemical reactions, the nearness of that special someone, better communication and much more. I’d really like that right about now, it would help get me through the holidays and winter.

I think you should have as much as you want, as long as it doesn't become an addiction. Sex addiction is harmful, look at fouseytube or whatever his name is.

Though i want to fuck at least once-twice a weekday, weekends can be a break, at most i want... Twice everyday, maybe a max of 8 times. Depends on how long or short the sessions are.

Oh, and healthy? Yeah, sure, if youre not acesexual. Being sexually repressed / frustrated is NOT healthy, so sex is good if you want it!

Every other day I would say. We are pretty active, I guess. It's not crazy or anything but we both like to have that release at the end of the day, sometimes earlier, depends on the day. :p

Sex's importance is different depending on the person. Some put a lot of stock into it, some find it as easy and casual as watching TV. Only you know what value you put on sex. :p

I have sex with my GF approximatively once or twice per week. But it's not enough for me (that's why I'm here in the first place), even if I sometimes have libido peaks which make me able to do it 3-4 times in a single day, I would say that once per day would already be good

If we go by purely biological viewpoints, I should be having a fuck ton of it compared to the current situation. Humans need sex for both physical and psychological reasons.

I would say once to twice a week. And thats the average rate of sex people should have with slight differences between individuals.

But I’d say it’s to each their own right, some couples are going to be more intimate, some less. Though not often some people are going to have high enough libido that they might go everyday. Others might just not have sex at all and that’s fine, a healthy relationship just takes balance. As for healthy physically that is more up to your doctor

If I'm lucky enough to find someone when going out with whom I get along well enough straight away and have a certain amount of sympathy, then around once a month... or more depending on how much we go at it.

Regarding how much I actually would want to have sex depends on my mood. Sometimes I'm good without having sex for two or three wekks and sometimes I wouldn't mind to be it a daily thing. On rare occasions it could even be all day long, but that usually only happens on a certain time during my period.
However, all in all I can still switch to using my toys, which makes having no actual sex much more bearable.

I am a virgin (totally unexpected, I know). As for how often... I am not sure it matters. Sex is cool (from what I can tell lmao), but it is not exactly a requirement for life.
