I can't do anything with this account so I am asking to anyone who read this to help me

The reason is that the procedure to change the name of my account or delete this account I can't do it because of the problem that I have (I can't send or reply messages)

So if someone can contact the Rule 34 leaders to help me change my name

You can contact Kielan yourself to change your name.

If it's the same problem I've heard of, they're unable to send mail (or do much but forum posts) because of the special characters in their username, so they can't contact him directly.

No no, they can get it fixed with a username change. They just can't directly contact mods and have to hope one sees this post.

Fair, but it feels weird for someone to go to a mod to ask for a user to have their name changed that isn't actually them...
And it'll range from a few days to like a week or two, so it might be more convenient to just abandon ship and board a new one.
